TERMINATION OF COVERAGE

Your benefits coverage will terminate on the earliest of:

  • The end of the month following the date of termination
  • End of month in which you no longer meet the eligibility requirements
  • End of month prior to which contribution payments are not received
  • The date any benefit plan is terminated
  • The date you enter the armed forces on active, full-time duty, except as covered under USERRA

Following your employment separation or loss of benefit coverage from PCC Airfoils, LLC, you may become eligible for benefit continuation through COBRA. This coverage is on a voluntary self-pay basis. Information regarding COBRA will be sent to you after your employment or coverage termination.
